Accessibility

Our cottage is not classified as PMR but we have planned to make it easier to use.

The shower is a walk-in shower measuring 1m20 x 90 cm

The door leading to our courtyard has an opening of 1m10. We can add a ramp if needed.

The doors to the bathroom and one of the bedrooms are wide and have an opening of 93 cm.

Circulation in the living rooms and the bathroom is easy, including for an armchair, a walker or crutches.

The accommodation benefits from natural lighting and numerous electric light points.

Are pets allowed?

Our garden is small and enclosed. Small pets (cat and dog only) are welcome and free of charge provided that animal waste is collected and disposed of. In the event that your animal damages the house or garden, as for humans, the deposit will be withheld. (refer to CVG)

Are there any cleaning fees or additional charges?

In order to make your trip worry-free and to lighten your suitcases, bed linen is provided and there is no supplement for end-of-stay cleaning (only cleaning during the stay is your responsibility, a kit with all cleaning products are available.)

This free cleaning service includes cleaning of all floors (vacuuming + washing), maintenance of bathrooms, toilets and sinks, cleaning of kitchen cupboards, cleaning of windows.

What is asked of you before your departure :

Clean kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso, etc.)

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the dishwasher

Empty all the trash cans. Place the waste in each corresponding container (household waste, recyclables, glass, compost). The trash and compost area is indicated and is located near the parking lot.

Clean the barbecue and the exterior ashtray

Collect the papers inside and around the gîte.

*Towels can be provided with a supplement of 5 euros per person for the stay.

What are the arrival and departure times?

You can arrive from 3 p.m., in case of arrival at night, no worries, we will give you all the instructions for an independent arrival.

Departure is at 12 p.m. maximum.

Can we reserve breakfast or something to eat?

If you wish and on request at least the day before 5 p.m., we can offer you:

A breakfast at the price of 10€ per adult and 4€ per child under 8 years old.

Hot drink and fruit juice, homemade jams and yogurt, spread, unsalted and semi-salted butter, bread and pastries, fruit or homemade granola.

A gourmet platter for 2 people at the price of €35: it includes cold meats, bread, pickles, cheese and a drink (to be specified when booking)

*We do not offer meals.

Are there decreasing prices?

YES, if you wish to come for more than 7 nights, we will make sure to offer you a more advantageous rate for the following nights. A global package of €1400 is offered for a reservation of 2 consecutive weeks during school periods and €1200 outside school periods.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations with prepayment cannot be subject to any modification and/or cancellation within 30 days preceding the start of the stay.

The sums paid in advance, such as the deposit (or deposit), will not be subject to any reimbursement and the lessor may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of stay. entry into the premises.

If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the lessor may dispose of his gîte. The deposit also remains with the lessor who will request the balance of the rental.

If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the rental company; in this case, no refund will be made.

All reservations are personal and cannot under any circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or for a fee.
